My goal has always been to find and be with a company that supports you and is like a family, to be my “done” company.   I have found that with Chestnut Land. I started out as a store manager and through hard work, dedication, communication and planning ahead skills I have become an area manager. I was once told that you don’t have to be the best at everything, but show that you are willing to try to be the best. With this company, I feel that they have my back and I make mistakes, but I learn from my mistakes and we move on from there. To be successful, you have to be willing to try, communicate, use the tools given to you. I feel that with this company you can really be all that you want to be with some effort and dedication.  If you are looking for a family this is what you will find at Chestnut Land. You can’t stress out over the little things at the end of the day, it’s Pretzels and Lemonade.
