I started at Auntie Anne’s 4 years ago to gain more management experience. I was unaware how much I would actually learn and gain from working for this company. It made me realize I wanted to excel my career in the business industry. The communication and trust the company provides is something I have never experienced in the work field before. They put a lot of trust into you when running the store and they listen to all feedback you have. They not only listen they actively ask what can they improve on? How can they help? I have never worked for a company that cares so much about their employees and their well being. It’s nice to be trusted and nice to have a good work-life balance. I am grateful for the opportunities the company has given me and I look forward to grow and learn from them. Great communication from upper management, great work-life balance, fun atmosphere, delicious product.
