My journey here at CLC started April of 2016, I was recruited by a close friend who worked at Auntie Anne’s pretzels. I started as a Shift leader at the Cincinnati Premium Outlets location and worked my way up to an Assistant Manger within a few months. I knew Chestnut Land was a great place to start my career and grow into a strong, successful manager that I was so eager to become. I gained a lot of experience and knowledge being utilized at two locations and putting my leadership skills to the test. The fun, upbeat, and fast-paced environment became a perfect fit for my personality. I was later given the opportunity to travel and help out different locations in several states as well. I have had the pleasure of getting to interact with so many wonderful guests from all over the world and build a strong team that has the same passion as me. Ever since l started with CLC, the opportunities have been endless! I am now the Area Manager of both the locations at the Cincinnati Premium Outlets and love working for such an amazing company that values all my hard work, I truly believe that CLC has molded me into the manager I am today. I am so thankful to be apart of the CLC family.
