Bethany T.

I have had the pleasure of working for Chestnut Land almost 6 years now. In June of 2015, I took a shot in the dark and went the Auntie Anne’s open interviews being held at the Cincinnati Premium Outlets Mall in Monroe, Oh. I was later given the opportunity to start my journey with Chestnut Land as the Assistant Manager of Auntie Anne’s before being promoted to the Store Manager 8 short months later. I quickly grew a passion for the Auntie Anne’s brand and started creating many great memories with every guest who came to the mall for fresh, hot, golden brown pretzels!! I built a staff that lead by my example and shared the same passion for serving each guest with an experience they couldn’t resist coming back for!!  I am so grateful to have been offered a position with the largest franchise partner of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels owned by Ed Muransky.

I couldn’t thank the Home Office Staff enough for giving me all of the support and resources I have needed over the years so my store could strive toward excellence. Chris Sammartino, Leo Henry and Bekah Marstellar are just a few of the leaders at Chestnut Land that I look up to and they have been great mentors to me over the years. They are all so knowledgeable in what they do and have always set me up for success. It is so nice to know they are always available if I have any questions or need advice.

Since my journey started, I have relocated within the company to the Tanger Outlets in Southaven, MS and couldn’t be more proud to hear my close friend was offered a promotion to take over the Cincinnati Premium Outlet location after working by my side for 5 years!!!

There are so many great aspects working for the Chestnut Land Company but mainly on top of their competitive wages, full benefits, Vacation/Holiday/PTO pay, referral bonuses and endless career advancements, I found a company that truly cares about every employee and treats everyone like family!!
